Kuşadası and Ludbreg became sister cities
Town twinning protocol was signed between Kusadasi Turkey Municipality and Croatian Municipality of Ludbreg Croatia.
Deputy Mayor Batcioglu, who travelled to the city to attend the Center of the World event organized by Ludbreg Municipality every year and to sign the Partner City Cooperation Protocol, signed a protocol with the Mayor of Ludbreg, Dubrovko Bilic, "Apartment in Kuşadası".
He hung up a sign with his name and the distance to the town of Ludbreg. Kusadasi was also introduced to the Ludbreg people at the event.
Batcioglu explained that as Kuşadası Municipality, they attach great importance to ties with sister cities, saying, "As a tourism city, the ties we have established through building fraternal ties with cities in different parts of the world are very important ties that our reciprocity develop social relationships and social growth, strengthen cultural interaction and open doors for new projects and collaborations.
We are very happy to be twinned with Ludbreg, the beautiful city of Croatia. I hope that the town twinning protocol we signed will result in new cooperation and joint projects for both towns and I thank the people and managers of Ludbreg for their hospitality.”
